Everyone’s Responsibility
All players, staff and volunteers are expected to:
- Take reasonable care for their own safety and others
- Use protective equipment as needed
- Report hazards, injuries or near misses immediately
- Follow club policies and coaching instructions
- Cooperate with investigations to help improve safety
- Respect safeguarding policies for children and vulnerable adults
Coaching Sessions
At sessions, all participants must:
- Act responsibly and consider others
- Follow instructions from coaches and venue staff
Equipment Safety
Suppliers must ensure that any equipment used is safe, tested and properly installed with clear instructions.
Committee Duties
Power Pickleball Ltd Directors are responsible for:
- Reviewing and updating health & safety procedures
- Investigating accidents and reporting findings
- Monitoring compliance with legal standards
First Aid & Incident Reporting
- Leasowes High School staff on-site are first aid trained and carry a first aid kit
- An accident book is available at each session
- Incident statistics are reviewed regularly
