Our pickleball sessions take place four times per week in Halesowen and Stourbridge. No equipment or experience needed!
Pickleball is a fast-paced paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis.
Played on a small court with a plastic ball, it’s easy to learn, addictive to play and has become one of the UK’s fastest-growing sports thanks to its accessibility.
Join Power Pickleball on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Courtside Pickleball Centre in Stourbridge for social sessions and competitive DUPR sessions.
Join Power Pickleball on Mondays and Saturdays at Leasowes High School in Halesowen for social sessions and small-group development sessions.

You don’t need a ton of racquet sports experience - or fancy equipment - to get started with pickleball. The rules are simple, the courts are smaller (so there’s less running around!) and most people can start rallying and having fun within their first game.

Pickleball is a fun dose of cardio that’s the perfect mix of gentle and active. The smaller court and slower pace make it easier on your joints, so you’re not putting too much strain on your knees, hips, or shoulders. Don’t be fooled, though - it still gets your heart rate up!

Pickleball isn’t just good for your body - it’s great for your social life. Whether you're partnering up for a game of doubles or swapping stories on the sidelines, there’s something about the game that brings people together. It’s casual, welcoming and easy to join in.
